I'm starting to see an usual number of I94 denials that are requiring the person to appeal. Has anyone else noticed that?
In the past 2-3 months I've had 2 denials due to I94 issues. First guy is in appeal (currently has firearms) and is told it could take up to a year since he did the appeal with FBI/NICS (forgot what the federal appeal was). His reason was they told him his visa was invalid and that he is here illegally. If that is true, why isn't he being deported?
2nd reason the guy just got the letter and it's "other" as a reason so he has nothing much more at this point. He's going to appeal (also currently has firearms).
I probably do 2-3 I94 guys per month. Up until these 2 recent denials never had an issue. They always had valid hunting license and all their I94 Visa info. Some student visas, some work visas.. anyone else seen anything recently?
