Is there an additional charge beyond $35 DROS fee for ppt if two firearms are purchased? Owner of local shop stated having too charge $45.00 due to a second firearm. Any thoughts?

I suggest shopping elsewhere. At the Sacramento Gun Club I am used to paying one DROS fee and one FFL fee when transferring multiple firearms.Never argue with a fool, onlookers may not be able to tell the difference. So said somebody but not Mark Twain

Lucky he didn't do $35 per firearm!Comment

10 bucks extra is standard. You got treated just fine. My ffl asks when I start a dros are you going to add to it. Very courteous question.Comment

Two guns on a PPT = $45. Three guns on a PPT = $55, etc etc.
$25 DROS and $10 PPT fee per firearm.
