Do any of you know if I can have a stamp created of my signature and use the stamp for 4473/DROS/Safe Handling Affidavit?

Signature Stamp

DOJ would likely advise you to contact your local field rep.
Do you sign them enough back to back to require a stamp over a few scribbles? Outweigh the soft cost associated with locating the stamp and ink pad (if applicable) VS the pen that you already have on hand to fill out the other parts of the 4473 and remainder of the other forms.Comment

I use a stamp that has my shop information for the 4473. I never thought to use one for my sig. I personally like my sig to be original every time. Over the years I have gotten very good at signing very quickly. You, you, and you: Panic. The rest of you, come with me.
Incoming fire has the right of way.

I use one...
Legally a stamped signature is just as legally binding as a handwritten one..
If it's good enough to submit a legal pleading in to the court.. It's good enough for the ATFLast edited by GOLDEN GUN; 02-01-2016, 7:14 PM.Comment

I use a stamp for my shop info and ffl# but I had a sig stamp from my previous business and it was expensive and didn't last long due to fine lines of the sigComment
