    Who can sign for package?

    03FFL here. Simple question, who can sign for UPS/FedEx packages containing C&R weapons? Obviously I can with my license. But can my wife or any 18 y/o family member sign or can it only be me? Haven't run into this yet but started thinking about "what if" the other day.

      The package will likely say "Adult Signature Required- Min 21".
      Any adult can sign for it.

          Yeah, it's any adult. The driver has no way of knowing who does or doesn't have a FFL. In fact most of them have no idea what a FFL is, nor do they know what's in the package.

                  Ok, that confirms my suspicions then. I'm very careful to try and stay on the right side of the law. Just wanted to be sure!
