    Gen 2 Glocks

So, I have a question. Are the Gen 2's on roster? How can one tell the difference between a gen 2 and a gen 3? I know the 4's are marked Gen 4. But I've never seen any marked gen 2 or 3. Help appreciated.

Gen 2's do not have finger grooves or light mounting rails, Gen 3's do.

      I have a gen 2.5
Everything is the same as a gen 3, except it's a two pin glock.

DOJ specifically points out gen 4 and Glocks made in the USA are off list. They make no mention of gen 1, 2, or 3.

Yes, that is an issue. Only one of them is on the certified list. Which one is unknown based on the web page and the DES.

Another question is how do you determine which one is which.

You can call and ask, but that could present problems.

Legitimate question. I haven't received this gun yet. I had somebody call today asking about this and before I went forward I needed some clarity. I guess I've never paid much attention to the subtle differences between the gen 1 2 3 and 4's for that matter.

Personally, I would have an issue since I doubt that is the one which is on the list, but I also don't know how to know which version it is.
