FFL Recommendation San Bernardino County

Hello everyone, I have been trying to purchase a SCAR17 in CA with very little luck. And the ones I have found are selling for upwards of $3000.00.

I located one out of state for less than that shipped and am looking for a recommendation for an FFL around the Hesperia/92344 area that does not mind doing transfers and can pin the rifles stock.

The shipper can install the bullet button, but will not pin the stock, is this legal to ship into CA (the OAL is over the legal requirement)?

It has to be CA legal before coning into the state. There are FFL middlemen who can do it, then ship it into CA.

Thank you for the quick reply. If it has to get shipped to a second person for work then shipped to my FFL it defeats the purpose (in this case). I will just wait till I get orders to another duty station out of California.

Additionally, you can have the seller separate the upper/lower and send just the serialized (upper in this case I believe) to the FFL in CA to DROS as a receiver. Have them ship the other piece to you and pin the stock before you re-assemble.
