DOJ check or notice required at pick-up time?

Customer completes the ten day wait, everything is OK.
Customer is there to pick up the new gun.

Is another check with the DoJ required before releasing the gun?

Does the DoJ have to be notified through the DROS system of the time and date of the pick up before the customer leaves the store?

When you log onto the DES, deliver gun/review, search name or DROS number, look up, check right side of screen, deliver gun? if 10 days are up.

And if the DOJ Is down no release can be made. I'm checking with DOJ what that means if they force customer to miss 30 day window.
