San Jose Gun Trader open or closed?

Hello Cal Gun Community,
I was just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty with contacting San Jose Gun Trader in Santa Clara/ San Jose, Ca?
I went there yesterday during their normal business hours but they were closed. Sign in the window states they are closed due to technical difficulties. Phone number posted in the window is a land line where no one answers. I'm just a little concerned as I need to pick up before the 30th day of DROS expiring and driving from SF to San Jose to find them closed is a little frustrating. Apparently they are closed again today. Anyone else having issues?

I have been leaving messages this week, drove by twice and nothing but more mail and more FedEx labels on the door. Just found this report from NBC11.
