Local firearms license (LFL) number

I know how to get a COE and FFL, but how do I get a Local Firearms license (LFL) number, so I can apply for the DROS sysyem?

Every city is different my business and local license number are different.

Most cities issue a business license that says Valid for Retail Sale of Firearms or something to that effect, if your business license states that then it is your business license that is used as your local license.

In some cities like Los Angeles for example they issue a license in additional to your business license, a police commission issued permit for a firearms dealer. That is your local license in that scenario

My city PD was the entity in charge of handing out business licenses for firearms dealers... My local fire arms number happened to be the same number as my CFL number
