Fabrique Nationale Hi-Power on CA Roster

Question for FFL's:
I'm wanting to buy a Browning Hi-Power in 40S&W made by F.N. Herstal.
Listed on CA roster as: FN HP-SFS 40 (Polished Blue) / Steel.
Also listed are the 9mm and 40, in SA, and other finishes.

Thing is, the Blue Book says all were discontinued by F.N. USA in 2006.

Why still on the Roster? This is practically a Unicorn on the used market.

F.N. Herstal still makes the HP MKIII in 9mm only. Not imported by F.N USA.

Yes, I know Browning still sells the 9mm.

They are still on the roster because the manufacturer was nice enough to pay the extortion fee every year to keep them there. Just as SA has over a dozen pistols they are no longer making. You can still find the FN HP on gunbroker(or elsewhere) and have it shipped if it is the roster model. I am interested in the SFS model myself. I found the SFS system is sold in USA by Cylinder& Slide.
All I need is to find a nice .40S&W BHP on the used market.
