How do I DROS a 'no make' rifle

I found a good looking C&R rifle (M39 Mosin) in the marketplace last night, but it has no make or manufacturer/arsenal markings. The receiver has a dot matrix serial number that looks like it was force matched to the barrel, and probably applied by the importer. Under the muzzle are the importer markings (Tennessee Guns).

How would the FFL DROS this to me (what manufacturer)? I've seen some people just say to use 'Finland' as the maker and some who say these were likely made by SAKO. But I am not sure 'Finland' is an option in the CA DROS computer.

I am supposed to do PPT paperwork this afternoon... Thanks!

If there aren't and manufactures name, the country of origin would be used or one can use "custom". In the comments section in the DES, I would state where it was manufactured and who it was imported by. Finland is in the DES dropdown so this would look something like this:
    Make: Finland
    Model: M39
comments: Made in Finland without manufacture markings, imported by TG in Knoc, TN

Edit: From what I understand, if it was a Sako, it would have their mark just above the serial number. Since it has nothing, it would be No Make with a date of 1970. I used this page as a refrence http://7.62x54r.net/MosinID/MosinM39.htm

Thanks Rick! Everything went fine using 'Finland'. I asked the guy to drive to Lincoln but he was from Elk Grove so we met in North Highlands

Actually the receiver was made in Russia...and was re-barreled by the Fin's. Finland never made Mosin Nagant receivers...
