So I just wasted a good portion of my life arguing with liberals on Facebook about what we can do about this shooting, when I should be shipping some FNRA guns and going home to pack for The Western and cleaning my Glock.
At 11:16 PM I get an e-mail from a guy in Massachusetts.
I forgot about that! Here is what I think he is referring to.
So I reply at 11:37 AM (yes it is 2:37 AM his time)
He gets back to me at 11:43 PM.
I respond at 11:48 PM.
He gets back to me at 11:57 PM.
I finish at 12:02 AM
So is the fact that a guy is searching for out of stock at Armalite AR10 BCGs at 2 AM indicative of a new panic? And the fact I gave him a little bit of bite back on his gouger comments and he didn't bat an eye and took the quite fair price of $249 without hesitating to support the very gouger type he probably vowed never to do business with again two and a half years ago also indicative of a new panic upon us?
I am going to guess no. Maybe little itty bitty orders here and there, but surely people still understand that Congress is still Republican and the Democrats need the Presidency back and gun control won't be the way they win it should keep the panic from flaring back up.
I guess only time will tell.

I AM GOUGING! I put that price on there back at the height of the panic in 2013 and simply forgot about it. I just checked my sales history and see I sold one for $498! I see Armalite is out of stock with them for $257. I believe I have one left. How about a post gouging price of $249 with free shipping? If you want it, just place your order for the $650 one. All that does is securely transmit your data to me, I have to manually enter your credit card into into my machine. I will make it
$249 even and ship it out. Do it right now and I will have it in the mail in the next few minutes.
Paste into the comments section that I am only going to charge you $249.
If I even think about charging you a penny more, you do a charge back with your credit card, and I won't have a pot to piss it given this e-mail evidence and the fact you submitted the correct price on the order text.
Or say "Pass you damn former gouger" and no big deal.

THAT IS A FAIR PRICE BY ANY STANDARD I WILL PLACE THE ORDER NOW- EVEN THOUGH I DON'T AGREE WITH THE FORMER GOUGING
Honestly, I don't think I got $498 for it on my website. I probably Gun Brokered it. So I didn't gouge anyone. I got smart after the last panic and put anything that was in demand on Gun Broker for $.99. I sold things for insane amounts of money, but I wasn't setting the price, the consumer was.
Except, yes, that $650 price was clearly a gouge attempt. The good news is it failed and now you get a good price. I would hope out of principal you would refuse the unfair $249 price and demand to pay the $257 price with shipping!
Its just economics. Supply and demand. All those guys that didn't make money when they could are likely out of business now. This business is dead! Until the next panic.

You can ship anything you want to mass- the ag tries to scare distributers unfortunately sometimes it works
And as for "assault" we can use modern sporting
Unless of course it meets the definition of assault- "the attempted to and/ or completion of a battery
But please make sure it is not shipped in an assault box with assault packaging
