Who must ship for out of CA SALE

Hello all,

I have 2 older handguns that will be going to a new home in South Carolina, my question is who must do the shipping to their FFL? Can I ship them or must it be my FFL here to their FFL?

If the receiving FFL will receive them from a private party you can ship them - they usually want a copy of your drivers license included for so they can enter it in their bound book. Overnight FedX or UPS. Get the FFLs number and go on the ATF web sight to verify it's active and only ship to the address shown on the license.
