interstate intra familial transfer

Ok, so I know it is possible for my dad (who lived in OR) to gift my an off roster handgun. I know it needs to be done through an FFL and is subject to the 10 day hold. I have been to a couple FFLS who all say it's not possible (they're afraid to try). So, my question is does anyone know of a specific FFL in the Inland Empire who knows how to perform this transaction and willing to do it?

Yessir we know the process, transfers are $65 total, this includes DROS.

Agreed, in the IE Baboosh is your guy, as another FFL I've never had the chance to meet or do business with him, but his reputation here on Calguns is superb.
