No home address

Friend wants to buy a gun. Took the FSC test.

His drivers license has a PO Box as the address. ALL his bills go to the box. The house is owned by his LLC so he is not on the tax bill.

How does he satisfy the ID requirements?

Would voters registration help?

The utility bill will go to the po box but have a service address listed on the bill.

Buying a handgun or other? If other, he can update his DL to have his POBox and address on it and it would look something like:

John Doe
PO Box 123
123 Main Street
City, State Zip

The above would be enough if purchasing other.

If purchasing a handgun the state wants more.

Utility bill as condor mentioned assuming those are not in the name of the LLC either and updating DL. In addition to the utility bill (if it's not a gov agency) the voter registration would satisfy the fed requirement if the DL doesn't get updated.

If no utilities are in his name (in name of LLC) AND he doesn't update DL does he live with someone? If so, I'd suggest:
1) Voter Reg - Satisfy Feds
2) Lease Agreement between he and who he lives with - Satisfy State

Go to the DMV-
Get a certified print out of his full address - it will show the PO box and his residential address.

Then the utility bill for the second - it shows Po box for mailing and home for the service address.

It costs $5

AAA cannot provide the printout.
