4473, Question 21, 10 Day Exempt

Would anyone be willing to explain to me exactly how to fill out question 21 (specifically 21a and 21e) when selling/transferring to a 10 day exempt LEO?

It seems to me like something is done differently than when selling/transferring to a regular person, but am not 100% certain.

My ATF person has gone non responsive to phone calls and emails, been over a month since I've been able to reach her...

Wouldn't you fill it out the same way for everybody?

21a is the date you transferred
21b is the DROS number
21c is marked proceed
21e is left blank

Wasn't 100% certain it was done the same or not, figured it best to ask and be safe(er). Haven't had my first audit yet and am trying to minimize my rookie mistakes.
