PPT of pistol not on CA approved list?

Hello,

I want to sell my p220 dark elite but I'm not sure if it would have to be converted back to a single shot like when I bought it new.

Tried searching and there seems to be some misinformation. Some saying it only applies to new gun sales and some saying it applies regardless.

Figured it's best to ask an FFL on Calguns to save the buyer and myself some hassle and have something for others in my situation to search, thanks for any help!

You should edit that Armslist Ad to remove the FUD.

Also, list the gun on our classified section. It can't be shipped but it can be sold face to face private party transfer.
