seems like a verizon issue here, but i can't connect to the DES, or certain other websites such as ebay. Anybody else having issues?? Verizon support is looking into it right now, they did have one other call about a similar issues in this area.

update for our customers. Verizon has now been getting multiple calls with similar problems from other customers in our area. The have assigned a technician and they said he is currently working on the issue.Interstate Transfers $100 (DROS included with the price)

It could be a DNS issue, so if you change which DNS servers that you use, it might work. Clearly your connection is working, so it seems like it is a matter of going from the name to the IP address.Kemasa.
