Shout Out for the DOJ

Wanted to give a quick Thank You to Patrick at the DOJ for going above and beyond for me just now. He works for the DES helpline and I had a call that needed to be answered quickly by compliance. We had an issue that I prefer not to discuss online, but lets just say I was dumbfounded and needed an answer by the DOJ ASAP. He took my info and the DROS # I was calling about and after I explained my question and why I needed an answer he found out from the supervisors at DOJ and got back to me within 3 minutes. I know we all get tired of some of the policies at the DOJ, but there are some good people there too. 5 stars for Patrick at the DES helpline.

Yea, this had to do with a Delay we received and wasn't your run of the mill procedure. I'm glad we got clarification before we proceeded with anything. It could have created a big pickle for us, but as it turned out was a non-issue.

Another +1 for Patrick. He's been able to take care of just about every single question we've had, and the few (one) he wasn't able to answer right away only took him a day to get an answer back to us.
