Does this occur often? I have no crinal history I have a few tickets that I have laid off for speeding and driving on the phone when I was 18? Any input or some of you can shine light on Thai would be must appreciated

It happens, we have had people DROS a rifle and a pistol and only one of them gets put on a 30 day hold.

Oh okay well that's good to know. Will it happen again if I would want to buy another firearm?

No one can tell you yes or no. We have 1 customer that buys a handgun every month and every month he is put in a 30 day hold. This has been going on for over a year.

We have a similar situation. He comes in for any gun and because he had a charge in the 80s he gets put on delay each time he buys a gun and it always comes back undetermined. He tried to get it cleared up and they keep telling him to get the court to say it was dismissed, but since it happened in the 80s the court has no records to give him. He just deals with it every time he goes to buy a gun.
