What paperwork is required to actually transfer the title 1 regular firearms into the trust? Not too much info seems available on that issue. Use a FFL and 4473 the items? Full on DROS them in? Basic bill of sale? The trust will be held jointly by husband/wife.

Just add them to your Schedule A. Make, model, serial number. No additional paper work needed.
RAW's cannot be added.
The attorney that did mine advised me to have an intra-familial transfer form (BOF 4544A) filled out for any registered guns that are not RAW's. IE: all handguns, and long guns purchased after 1-1-2014. Leave the date off, as that would be filled in when needed. One form for guns registered to you, listing your wife as the transferee, and another for guns registered to your wife, listing you as the transferee. The appropriate form would be filed with the state only after the registered owner's passing. These guns can be added to the trust now. Having the forms filled out just simplifies the registration when needed.Last edited by six seven tango; 07-28-2015, 8:00 AM.sigpic
