FFL 03 Renewal

I hope this is the correct place to ask this question. I searched but didn't find anything.

I received my 03 renewal in the mail and the form has changed. It longer has a box to check under section B. Hours of Operation for "collector only". Only the gunsmithing activities box is there. I'm a collector. Do I just leave this blank?

I'm a little confused about how to proceed. Has anyone encountered this?

Don't know. When I did mine in Fall it was still there. Call ATF.

I just ran into the same question, and called the Federal Firearms Licencing Center (866.622.2750)

They want to fill it out (NOT leave it blank), and to provide at least one hour a week they can contact us if needs be. For example, check "Closed ALL day NO business hours" for all but Monday, and in Monday's box write 1pm-2pm (again just an example), and that will satisfy the requirement.
