    Wrong Caliber on DROS

    Hi,

I purchased a 9mm pistol last year and just noticed the caliber was listed as .40 on the DROS. There pistol does not come in .40. I'm doing a PPT for the pistol and would like to know if this is going to be an issue. Do I need the LGS to make the correction with DOJ? I'm partly at blame for not checking the DROS paper.

That shouldn't be an issue its a minor error.

to do the PPT this won't be an issue. The new FFL will enter it correctly for the new buyer. The wrong caliber information can be an issue if you are tring to list a firearm on a CCW.
