    CZ TS orange on roster?

The CA roster only says Tactical Sport. Everything fits the description.

    Please chime in.

No - the description alone isn't enough.

For verification the CA DOJ can be called and the can provide the actual SKU tested for certification.

I'm no FFL, but I read a lot

Since the "list" has the following for the TS
        CZ 75 TS / Steel, Alloy, Poly Trigger Pistol 5.4" .40 S&W 1/1/2016
        CZ 75 TS / Steel, Alloy, Poly Trigger Pistol 5.4" 9mm 1/1/2016

I believe that --ANY-- CZ 75 TS / Steel, Alloy, Poly Trigger would be DROSable.

Since there is no SKU on the list, why the issue ?

        THANKS

Just my opinion as well as what I have seen practiced.

Why is the Roster description not enough?

CA PC 32015. (a) On and after January 1, 2001, the Department of Justice
shall compile, publish, and thereafter maintain a roster listing all
of the handguns that have been tested by a certified testing
laboratory, have been determined not to be unsafe handguns, and may
be sold in this state pursuant to this part. The roster shall list,
for each firearm, the manufacturer, model number, and model name.

The online list is vague and does not have ALL of the information, but it has to be the exact specific model. Each variation has to be listed separately. If there is any question, it can be checked with the CA DOJ.

            So similar does not count.

So do I ask my FFL? Who should I talk to?

I'd like to get an answer before placing an order, if I can get my hands on one, and save time and money.

              Thank you

you and I both know that this is clearly not the TS that is on the list. I understand the sp01 and cz75b sku differences for the type of mag included, but this is clearly not the TS on the roster, It is the "TS ORANGE"

it's like saying my Sig P220R (P220R (Blued) / Steel, Alloy) is the same as the P220R Platinum Elite because it has "P220R" on it

or maybe you are on to something, good luck finding a FFL that is willing to take the risk

Ask your FFL, but as said, it is clearly not on the certified list, so it should not be transferred.

That's just too reasonable.. if that were the case then colors wouldn't matter.
