Double Charge for Two DROS's / Same Customer

I had a customer buy a pistol and a rifle. I did them on the same 4473 but could only DROS one at a time. Will it be charged to me as two DROS invoices?

yes but CALL them and if you are nice they will credit you "because" the DROS timed out during #2

If the dros screen was still open and you chose to submit another dros for the same person, then you shouldn't be charged. If you closed out the screen and started all over, you will be charged.
