If I sell a handgun to an out of state buyer does that sale count as one of the "less than six allowed transactions by a private party in a year"? Since there is no DROS or California paperwork I don' t know if it counts toward the maximum allowable private party sales or not...can't find anything on the DOJ web site...any help appreciated..thanks
