Hey guys, thank you for all your previous replies on my other question.
I have an additional question that i think i know the answer to, but want to make sure that i'm not over complicating the matter.
Even in a PPT, the buyer, be it myself or whoever, needs to have the safe cert card, appropriate for the sale of the weapon (for hand guns and one for long arms) correct?
So if i am buying any kind of long arm, PPT, i need to have the safety card for long arms, and obviously get DROS'ed?

I've heard of some dealers that don't necessarily keep doing the demo to regular customers (though legally they are supposed to do it every single time).
