FFL in SF East Bay area?

Looking for current recomendations for a FFL in the SF East Bay area - reasonable cost, reliable, Etc.

I checked the sticky and GB list.... seems the local options add up to 100$+...

Background - I'm buying an upper and the company is throwing in a free lower.... seems nothing is "free."

+9.5% sales tax if applicable
+$25 for FSC if you don't have one yet or not exempt
