                Yes, the thumbprint on initial DROS entry form we have continued to do since 2009.

                    Do you make archives?

                    Look at the CA PC and you will see that you have to get the thumbprint when it is submitted.

                        Of the A&D log, yes. We also print out a hard copy every 6 months.

                                Most backups are not retained forever, so you should make an archive and retain it. If possible, maintain a transaction log. If the data gets corrupted, you might not notice it for a long time, so you need to be able to go back a long time to recover the data.
