Just wondering if anybody here has any personal experience importing rifles from Canada. They have Russian SKS's up there for $200 and SVT-40's for only $300! Would it be worth all the paperwork and waiting to try and have one imported? An SKS maybe not, but only $300 for a SVT-40, that might be worth the hassle. Anybody willing to share personal experience with jumping through all hoops to legally import? Thanks

I just did 14 for a customer.
No it's not worth it after the fees and this last one took 6 months to get approval from the State Department. You, you, and you: Panic. The rest of you, come with me.
Incoming fire has the right of way.

that's a shame too because they get a lot of things imported that we don't even see here.
on a completely different note....
maybe, if we just cross over the border ...
there will be jobs that Canadians don't want to do.
yeah, doesn't that "logic" sound totally moronic?
