Government doc for 4473

Since a government document is needed if the address on the 4473 does not match the drivers license, does anybody know if a PG&E bill work? I believe Smud bills works since they are a municipality but wasn't sure about PG&E.

Does a Smud bill work as both for Fed ID requirements and CA proof of residence? I don't want to take a copy of the PG&E bill for proof of residence if I don't have to.

Yes if it meets the requirements for CA. I use Alameda County Water District bills or DMV Regs for both requirements as well.
