Can an FFL do an interfamiliar transfer?

New homebased FFL here. My dad wants a gun that belongs to me personally. Do I need to DROS it to him or can I still give him a gun like before I was a dealer? I want to be sure I dont get in trouble with DOJ so early on...

Intrafamilial transfer form just like before if it's personally owned if its dealer inventory then you'd have to Dros to him because it would be from your ffl log book and not your personal collection.
