PPT question

I am buying a rifle from a cal gunner down in Irvine tomorrow and doing the PPT at a local gun store. I live a little over an hour away from Irvine and once the PPT is done I know that I have to come back in 10 days and pick up the rifle from there.

Now my question is, can I ask the gun store if they can ship it to a store closer to me so I can avoid another trip out to Irvine? Or do I have to pick up the gun from the same store the PPT is done?

nope, you have to pick it up from the same store that the PPT is done at. that is why the buyer should try to get the seller to come as close to you as possible. not all sellers are willing to travel to another FFL, so you have to decide if you really want it and its worth the travel.
