    CONSIGNMENT GUN 1/30 DAY

I am confused. I know a PPT is 1 in 30 day exempt. Is a gun purchased on consignment from a FFL also exempt from the 1 in 30 day rule?
I thought it was, several people have told me there not. A search gave me conflicting answers.

It depends on how the FFL transfers it. If the firearm is not on the certified list, then it has to be transfered like a PPT, which would make it exempt from the 1 in 30.
