    FSC Exemption X99

    I just noticed it today...X99 DOJ Certified Instructor...

    Good for handguns and long guns..

    appears DOJ Certified Instructors are no longer required to do FSC Demos which is good because I hated signing that form and giving myself a demo on batches of guns...

      I also just noticed X96 Transaction is to replace a broken or defective handgun frame - which leads me to believe you're supposed to select this when returning warranty work for non-rostered handguns where the serial number changes.

              No, this is just an exemption to the FSC, not the certified list. It says that the person is not required to have a HSC/FSC if a frame is being replaced.
