Out of State Aquisition

I just received an arisaka a seller sent from out of state for one of my customers. Instead of sending it from an ffl like I requested, he send the rifle with a copy of his drivers lisence. Is there any way to book this rifle in or am I going to have to have it sent back and then reshipped the proper way with ffl and cflc?

Non licensees are exempt from the CFLC program. What he did from your description appears to be proper and legal. The only thing that may have been violated is your own policy.

So how would I book it into my acquisition book? Do I run an FDAS?

you log it in using his DL info per ATF requirements, the same way you'd log in an in person PPT. FDAS has nothing to do with the bound book.
