Yes if the purchases are made at separate times. If all long guns purchased at once you may put them all on one.

Not quite...the timing is what matters not what they are..

For example, any of these combos will result in one $25 DROS fee assuming paperwork for all is completed in the same sitting with the FFL:
1 PPT anything + 1 long gun + 1 dealer hand gun sale
3 long guns
1 dealer hand gun sale + 2 long guns
3 PPT of anything
