    Church invite thread

    Mods
    I need some help here.
I want to start a thread for willing participants to invite other Calgunners to get together, either attend a service at their church or just getting together.
I'm thinking of just a list of Calgunners; name, city and faith.
With that information, whoever wants to send a PM to the above name can do so expecting a response within a week or two.
The reason for this is simple. Maybe our smiling face and genuine love of our faith can help someone who has never or rarely been exposed to faith.
We already have something in common. Might as well work off of that.

Cool, a Mark Driscoll church? Do you have your own pastor that gives weekend messages or do you watch Mark via video? Does Mark ever come down?

If your in the Santa Cruz area there are many options but my family and I call Twin Lakes our home. The whole staff is amazing and pastor Rene has a way with connecting the message to current times and people.

Most weeks it's telecast, occasionally the HB pastor preaches. Worship band at HB is live. Mark comes down occasionally, but mostly he's up in Seattle. There's now one in Phoenix and New Mexico.

I attend Calvary Chapel Montebello, the music is live and very touching, Pastor Pancho Juarez is a gem, very classy, they do not solicit money offerings, if you want to give there are ways of doing that, however, they do not ask for money during services, this Church offers services on Wednesdays as well as Sundays, free childcare is available on Sundays, there is also a full school system.
I invite anyone who is looking for a new Church home to come and worship with us this is a Christian Church.

My sisters attend the Women's Bible study there on Tuesdays and love it. Our home church is in the barrio of Pico Rivera called El Buen Samaritano.
