    2024 Passover/Resurrection Day

We had a Seder meal at church last night. First one I've had since the 1980's. It was more traditional than the Christian themed one I had before.

The event ended on a solemn note. As people quietly left, there was a large wooden cross by the exit, a box of large nails and a hammer. People were free to add a nail to the cross. The only sound heard was nails driven into wood. Having been recently haunted by memories of past sins, it was sobering and reassuring how my sin is taken away by The Lamb of God.

    Thank you Jesus.

Wife and I attended Good Friday service at our church last night.
The sermon was from John 10:14.
"I am the good shepherd, and I know my sheep and they know me, even as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for my sheep. And other sheep I have that are not of this fold. Them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd. For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have the power to lay it down, and I have the power to take it up again. Such is the command I have received from my Father."

        Thank you Jesus.

i like that visual reminders of how our sins caused Him to suffer and die horribly to save us from hell.

Thank you Lord, our Savior and soon coming King.

So Biden has made an official proclamation recognizing this Resurrection Sunday as "national day of transgender visibility". Confirming absolutely no fear of God. Sad for him.
