Biblical perspective on this looting and rioting

Was praying this morning and read these verses. I’m trying to also keep a spiritual and biblical perspective of these current events. This was a nice reminder:

    Proverbs 3:29-35 ESV
[29] Do not plan evil against your neighbor, who dwells trustingly beside you. [30] Do not contend with a man for no reason, when he has done you no harm. [31] Do not envy a man of violence and do not choose any of his ways, [32] for the devious person is an abomination to the LORD, but the upright are in his confidence. [33] The LORD's curse is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the dwelling of the righteous. [34] Toward the scorners he is scornful, but to the humble he gives favor. [35] The wise will inherit honor, but fools get disgrace.

Thinking on the riotous classes, I thought of 2Timothy 3: 1-5, NKJV

1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people, turn away!

                From Ecc 8:

10 And so I saw the wicked buried, who had come and gone from the place of the holy, and they were forgotten in the city where they had so done: this is also vanity.

11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

12 Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:

13 But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.
I do have to be careful though. When I see things, part of me just thinks I'm not stealing, I'm not robbing and they get away with it each time. Show them God, Show them!

But salvation is open to all. So really I should be praying for their salvation, and not their punishment. It's hard though truth be told.

                  Nice scripture pull. Very applicable.

Another blog post from a ministry I pay attention to. Very timely IMO.

"Thou shall not steal" also comes to mind.

I have been reading The Book of Matthew. Chapter 24 verse 9-14

9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
I am thinking that we are seeing the foundation of the lawlessness that the above verse speaks of.

I have also been having a difficult time in how I perceive those who are supporting those who are rioting. Matthew 5 verse 43 gave me direction.

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places

The Greek word translated as "nation" is "ethnos". From where our word "ethnicity" comes from. Sound familiar?
