Expanding on Something Done by My Church

My church has a number of members who shoot. One of the members arranged a "shooting day" for the rest of us at the Hodge Road Shooting Area. We all had a great deal of fun. And I would love to do something similar more often. Is it feasible for an event of that sort by Calguns members, say on a monthly or bi-monthly basis?

Our church also had a men’s ministry organized trip to the shooting range and the event was a big hit. It was for men and boys. I hope the next one includes the women. The RSOs were a great help at the public range. We more experienced shooters coordinated in advance with the range. A safe and fun time was had by all.

I am old and my wife says forgetful, but it would be great if we could share invites when our churches have such events. Sharing common interests with other brothers and sisters is a good thing. I was clueless about Hodge Road before the event was held. I'll have to check out Mule Canyon. I have much to learn.

Sounds like a great idea. If one is done in Northern Ca., I'd sure try to come. Thanks for suggesting!

Yeah, there is a monthly get-together at Calguns.
