    Gil Fronsdal

For those interested. I was turned on to this dharma teacher by one of my teachers. He is outstanding! I highly recommend his dharma talks on the three characteristics -impermanence, suffering and not self. They are all on the first page:

Audio Dharma is an archive of Dharma talks given by Gil Fronsdal and various guest speakers at the Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City, CA. Each talk illuminates aspects of the Buddha's teachings. The purpose is the same that the Buddha had for his teachings, to guide us toward the end of suffering and the attainment of freedom.

May we all be at ease!

Yeah, I really like his stuff. The talk on different types of intoxication and traps in smile of mara was very informative. The use of humor is also really good.

just finished the talk on sexual misconduct. i alwase viewed it as what harm is being done and are we doing it out of mindless desire. never thought of applying the full eightfold path to human sexuality before. really good stuff.

Yeah, I'm familiar with that site. There's so much good stuff out there! Right now I'm reading Right Mindfulness by Thanissaro Bhikku. A great resource. Goes through both the Anapanasati and Satipatthana Suttas in detail, and how to apply to practice and the path. I just finished an 8 week course at my center in the exercises of Anapanasati. It really helped elevate my practice.
