    Who misses Frank Pastore?

I miss Frank. Can't believe it's already been 3 years since his passing.

My kids miss his voice, never saw him but they would listen to him for hours. God bless his family.

Met him years ago as a kid in Chino Hills at the Albertsons grocery store. It was a community event, and he signed a baseball card for me. He was a really nice guy. Was saddened to hear about the bike accident and his passing.

I miss hearing him on my drive home. He had a great laugh. Was so refreshing to listen to. Didn't sound like a boring overly PC Christian talk show host.

I've never met him in person, but people who met him have nothing but good things to say about him. Man, what a big loss...but the Lord knows what's He's doing.

              From his wiki page.

After baseball, Pastore (a former atheist[4]) went back to school, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from National University in 1989, then spent the next two years with the national leadership of Athletes in Action, the sports ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. He then attended the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University, graduating summa cum laude with a MA in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics in 1994. In 2003, Pastore completed his second master's degree, in Political Philosophy and American Government, from Claremont Graduate School.[5]
Interesting resume, I've never heard of the guy until the accident.

He was a Christian radio talk show host based in L.A. His show was #1 most listened to Christian talk show in the country.I still miss him on my drive home.
Biblically sound, a great intellect, able to explain complicated ideas in plain language, and that infectious laugh. Just a great guy all around.

There's probably podcasts of his show lying around on the internet.
Actually, I found a couple on youtube:

Yes, I miss him too! He seemed like a regular guy, always respectful to and genuinely interested in his guests. Made for good radio!

That's right and he was respectful to his callers and was patient with the ones who disagreed with him. And he cared for the non-Christians who called in, trying to explain the truth to them.
