    Situational question.

Supposing you see someone you know cheating on their SO. Do you:
    A. Stay out of it?
    B. Go talk to him/her on a one on one basis?
    C. Tell their SO? The person they are cheating on.
    D. Go to the church about it? Per Matt. 18.

This topic came up in another forum I lurk in, and one poster seems to think one applies Matt. 18:15-17 to it and just about everything.

if you know the person well then talk to him or her on a one on one, tell them to grow up and knock it off.

Agree with the others, if this person doesn't belong to your church. Matt 18 would be the correct response if they did.

SO? So they're living in sin?

First things first they both need salvation if the above applies.

Maybe they are fine with it.. it's nunya business..

You grow up an clean up your troubles, take your own trash out and quit peeking over the "neighbors fence".
After watching WTC Bldg #7 being razed, and considering it's main occupants..

I stumbled onto this note while checking advanced weapons..
"911 = false flag. WTC 7 was brought down by demolition. 47 floors came down in 6 1/2 seconds - not hit by a plane. Just one of hundreds of absurdities that occurred that day. Wake up".

Maybe "SO" is just quicker to type than "husband/wife" and just as inclusive?

Big question: Does he profess to be a Christian?
If so -> Matthew 18, with the goal of restoring and "gaining your brother". If he refuses to repent, then 1 Corinthians 5:9-13 (see below)
If not -> he's worldly and doing like the world does - that's not surprising. As Just Dave implied, the issue of his adultery is not nearly as important as his need for salvation. Give him the gospel. If he doesn't think he needs to be saved, let him know that adultery is a sin and that he stands condemned before God and can only be saved through Christ. Christians aren't called to judge those who are outside, but those who are inside the church (ref. the passage below).

I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person.

For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”
                  1 Corinthians 5:9-13 (NKJV)

                  Regarding the 2nd Amendment:
"...to disarm the people ― that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them." George Mason ("The Father of the Bill of Rights")

                  Regarding Life and Death:
"Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28

The BIG question: "What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?" Matthew 27:22b
