    Light weight boot suggestions

I'm looking for a light weight, non insulated, non waterproof, breathable boot at least 8"... I'm in an office most of the time and my feet are sweating big time in my Rockies and Danners. I need a 4E (wide) and I cant find anything in stock at the places I visit. I hate to catalog order shoes... but that seems to be my only option. I've got a couple catalogs and seen a few of the "tennis shoe" style of boots that I'm interested in, but thought I'd see if there were any suggestions about quality. I really like the look of the Nike's, but not available in wide...

I like Altama jungle boots in black for summer- light weight, breath better than any other boot, can hold a spit shine if needed and less than $100. dunno if they are available in 4e.

Bates; Zero Mass, super light, super comfy, takes a good shine, but only lasts for about a year. I use them as my range boots now because the soles are a bit warped.

I used to wear Rocky Boots when I worked patrol. I bought 2 pairs and rotated every 2 days. It was very light and comfortable.

I have a pair of Oakley si boots that are light and comfortable. I paid $107 for them at a local shop. The older models I hear are more comfortable. I've also heard nothing but good things about the Rocky boots. Those might be my next pair.

Check out the Nike SFB. Great boot and quick for foot bails. Lasted over a year.

Just got and wear mine for the first time the other day.

Man, comfy and lite is a understatement, no brake in required. Finally found the perfect duty boot.
