    Don't dwell on mistakes

    One of my son's friends, who did a few tours in the Army is having some issues dealing with so called "mistakes" he made while in combat....

    It reminded me of helping trainees deal with some of difficult situations LEO's face..

    While acting as a FTO I gave each of my trainees a copy of a few of my thought regarding decision making...

      Good post. "Fatal Mistakes" are definitely the ones you don's want to make. When I was an FTO, officer safety "Mistakes" were the one thing I would not tolerate.
