    Raid Jackets?

My raid jackets are starting to look pretty old so I wanted to order a new one... Does anyone know a place in So Cal that does custom ones online or retail location?

    Thanks

Thanks Big D. I'll probably go that route if I cant find anything local where i can make sure the jacket is of decent quality.

Most of the uniforms shops have them (Galls, Quartermaster, etc).

5.11 has a well built one for about $60. It's called something like "Tactical Response Raid" jacket. It has flaps that will cover the ID panels.

Online places like LA Police gear will also have them.

Blankenship in Mentone... not cheap but very good quality, and customer service is top notch!

WHHOOOPS, feel like an idiot. Just realized you said raid jacket, not vest.

I have the 5.11 packable jacket and its very light weight.

I've got a couple other generic types and they are dime a dozen. What are your needs? Warm, ID only, covert?

It's sort of funny how raid jackets just can't be like normal jackets just with some ID tags on them. I have one of those raid jackets that you can store the ID panels and I think I've used it exactly once. This is because it has no rain hood. I seem to have only needed it on rainy days.
