    Question about marijuana stop

So i was stopped two years ago walking around my neighborhood when I was 21, and I was high :face palm: I know guys i know I have changed my life around since then graduated college no drugs etc. So after i was stopped I was let go after my record was checked no cuffs,no ticket just a warning. Would this appear in my record?

If no enforcement action was taken then no, although the agency that stopped may have the contact documented internally if a field-interview card was completed.

Unless an FI card was filled out (which I only did on gang members, transients etc...) it's likely that the only place your information was recorded was in a patrol log. Info from a patrol log would not show up on a background check unless further action was taken.

                This......

Just be honest about it if asked. Are we to assume you're asking this question because you're applying for an LE Job? Whatever the answer may be just be honest. Things we do are sometimes embarrassing, but being honest is important whether you think it will be discovered or not. One of the questions asked is have you ever been contacted by LE? If the Officer/Dispatcher did their job they may have documented the contact. Finding out something that is not disclosed usually DQ's an applicant unless they have a very good reason why they didn't disclose said info.
