He's talking about a GS-13 position and this is GS- 7-9 so I would think they're different jobs...

Looks like not many people have much experience with this process. I realized they are only recruiting in cali, the job is likely in D.C. If I'm going to move back to the East Coast it will be to VA and for $80k+ ... this job really isn't paying a lot. I make more in the Navy lol :/
