Hey guys, hope this isnt a dumb question. Is there a simple, and quick guide for CCW under HR218? Plain english maybe, and covers all 50 states.

Are you a current LEO or a qualified retired LEO?

Presuming current, all you need is your current dept issued id. If retired you need credentials from your prior agency + proof of qualification.

Yes retired. I read the Wiki article, can't carry within 1000 feet of a school etc etc, but what about banks, and credit unions etc etc?

Is there a simple published list of the cans, and can nots? God knows I don't want to be in violation of something.
